Privacy Choices

This page is where you exercise choices about your personal information. It is written for California residents under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and the controls work for everyone regardless of where you live.

1. The short version

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we run no ad or retargeting pixels.
• Analytics cookies are off until you switch them on.

Because we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in California law, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out to submit. If that ever changes, this page is where the control will appear, and we will say so before it takes effect.

2. Sale and sharing

In the last 12 months we have not sold or shared personal information, and we have no plans to. We disclose personal information to service providers who process it only on our instructions under contract. That is described in Who we share it with.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

3. Cookies on this site

You can turn analytics on or off at any time. Your choice is stored on this device.

4. Make a privacy request

You can ask us to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, why we have it and who we disclosed it to.
• Correct information that is wrong.
• Delete what we hold, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep for tax.
• Limit how we use sensitive personal information.
• Opt out of marketing email, using the unsubscribe link or by asking us.

Email hello@highertouch.ai with the subject "Privacy request" and tell us what you want and enough detail to find your records. We verify requests before acting, usually by confirming control of the email address on file, and we ask for more proof for deletion requests. We respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days if the request is complex. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.

If you messaged a clinic that uses highertouch.ai, that clinic controls the conversation and we process it on their behalf. Send your request to the clinic. If you send it to us we will pass it to them and support their response.

5. Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to make a request. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still ask you to verify your identity with us directly.

6. Other regions

Residents of the EEA and UK, Thailand and Taiwan have rights described in Your rights in our Privacy Policy, including access, correction, deletion, objection and portability, and the right to complain to a regulator. Use the same email address and we will apply whichever framework gives you the stronger protection.
